Time travel to the Jurassic Period by just visiting this Connecticut garden and arboretum. Dinosaur State Park and Arboretum contains one of the largest dinosaur track sites in North America making your visit not just fun but also educational. A perfect getaway for your kids, Dinosaur State Park and Arboretum has life sized dinosaurs that your family can take pictures with. The park grounds are open daily from 9 am to 4:30 pm while the exhibit center is open Tuesdays to Sundays.
Watch educational films in the exhibit center, follow the nature trail in the arboretum or experience making your own track casting (available during the warmer months.)
